Any and all users can follow these classic troubleshooting steps to resolve ANY common issue!
My computer isn't turning on!
- Check the cables. Is the computer plugged into a power source? Is that power source 'live'?
- Did you try pushing the power button? Even if you thought you did, give it another try!
- Is the monitor turned on? Try turning it on. Is it powered on but there's no image? Check the cables! Sometimes they don't push all the way in.
- Everything above checked out? Try holding down the computer's power button. Count to twenty. Then, release it, count to five, then try turning it back on.
My application is acting strange...
- Try closing the application, then opening it again. (Make sure you save often, in case you need to do this!)
- Still acting strangely? Restart the computer.
- Still not working right? Try opening an old save file; could be a corrupt save.
I have no internet!
- Is your device wireless? Check to see if there are wireless signal available.
- No signals available? Ensure your wireless adapter is turned on.
- Is the computer connected via cable? Check the cable, make sure it's plugged all the way in, both on the back of the computer and the wall.
