Occasionally, a Chromebook will reset itself. It will do this for any number of reasons; primarily because it has detected some kind of fault with its OS. When a Chromebook is reset, if it was managed by our district, it will prompt for Enterprise Enrollment.
In order to resolve this situation, all that needs doing is for any staff member to sign in to the device.
So, where it says "Enter your email", simply type in your MANSD district email address.
It will then prompt you for your password. Enter it.
The device will enroll itself and then become usable by students and staff of the district. No further actions are necessary.
