On a PC Only
In the bottom right corner, click on the up symbol
Find the Managed Engine icon and right click on it
Select ‘Self Service Portal’ Search for 7 zip
Once that comes up, locate ‘7 zip (msi) (x64) (21.07)’
-Click on ‘Install’ on the far right
Once this is finished, go to the file or folder you want to zip. Select all files or folders, right click and select 7-Zip and then Add to archive....
Change the Archive Format to zip instead of 7z (you only need to do this once)
You can add a password to the zipped file for added security.
Click ok. Attach that zipped file to the email you are sending. Send the password under a separate email for security purposes.
