If you get a message saying your password has expired, check in your email for one similar to this below.  This will give you a link where you can reset your password if you know your username.  All usernames should begin with 9857.  In the email, it will tell you your username.






Once you click on the link, find the 'Forgot Password' link on the following screen.




On this screen, enter your email address and your username and click on 'Send Reset Link'.




Check you email for the following new email message.





Click on the 'Reset Your Password' link and enter your new password (it cannot be your last password) and then type it again in the confirm password field.  





Once your password has been changed.  Login to Munis with the link you usually use to get into MUNIS.
