Aspen may be having password issues causing invalid password errors, resetting your password will resolve this error.



Make sure you are going to the correct URL


nh-manchester.myfollett.com



On the log in screen, select the 'I forgot my password' link



Enter your login id (student logins are their student id)  Email will be your mansd.org email and click Continue.


Another option appears if both the login ID and email match.  This is the security question chosen when setting up the account for the first time.  (if you don't remember this and CAN log in, how to set this security question instructions are below)

If you have set it up and you remember the answer enter it below and click Submit.  This will email you a temporary password to the email you used above.




If the answer is incorrect, you will get an invalid error.  In this case:

-If you are a student, have one of your teacher's submit a ticket to get a temporary password to log in

-if you are a staff member, enter a ticket for yourself





Instructions to Set your Security Question and Answer



Once in Aspen, click on your name in the top right corner.




Select Set preferences.  Click on the Security tab on the window that pops up.  Select a security question and enter you answer.  Make sure you know what that answer will be and click OK.  If you forget your password, you can use the directions above and retrieve a temporary password without having to rely on anyone else.



On the same screen above, in blue, you can always change your password to something you can remember.
